Construction

• Four-layer construction (Steel + insulation + steel + composite overlay).
• Available with 1-3/8" ("CD" Models) or 2" ("CG" Models) polystyrene insulation with thermal break for superior insulation value: 1-3/8" – 6.5 R-value, 2 " – 9.0 R-value.
• Commercial grade 14-gauge steel hinges for long-lasting performance.
• High-cycle nylon rollers for quiet operation.
• Longer-life galvanized torsion springs.
• Rustproof, aluminum-bottom weather seal retainer.

Style and Finish

• Three design series, eleven models.
• Natural woodgrain texture.
• Three hot-dipped galvanized steel base door colors: white, almond, and sandtone.
• White custom composite overlay with coped edge.
• Can be painted using a high quality exterior latex paint.
  Do not paint base door (steel) in colors with a Light Reflective Value (LRV) of less than 38. The overlay (vinyl) should not be painted with an LRV of less than 56. Contact paint manufacturer for LRV reading.
• Arched, square or rectangular windows in Series One and Two available in single pane or obscure glass. Insulated windows are available as an option on "CG" models.
• Solid arched or square top sections in all series.
• WindCode®: 1-3/8" "CD" Models are available up through W5 WindCode and 2" "CG" models are available in W6 WindCode. Some restrictions apply. Contact us for details.

Galvanized Spring

Corrosion-resistant, long-lasting springs offer up to 50% longer cycle life than industry standard springs.

Due to some height and weight restrictions, not all product offerings include galvanized springs. Extension springs do not include galvanized wire.
